About the Venue:  Located in the South Bay city of Lawndale, Far Field is housed in a former auto body shop that has been converted into a brewery and an open and airy tasting room, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for gathering. Far Field is both family–and animal–friendly; the large patio has seating and games, and daily food vendors provide delicious fare to pair with the many beers on tap.

Package includes the following:

1 hour floral design lesson

1 wreath frame (12 in)

1 bunch of mixed dried flowers & greens

ribbon, wire, and floral tape

Proceeds will be donated to a public school gardening or arts project.

Refund Policy: You may cancel up to 7 days before the scheduled event. There will be a cancellation fee of $2.00.

Please note that we reserve the right to reschedule our workshops if we do not hit our minimum attendance requirement. This requirement is 5 attendees. We will let you know within 24 hours of the scheduled start time.

Succulent Arranging Class Outline:

Working with succulents can be messy, so wear something you won’t mind getting a little dirty! You don’t need to bring anything with you, we provide the succulents, vases, decorative elements, and tools you will need to create your arrangement!

Workshop is $50 per person and includes*:

• Garden supplies

• assorted succulents

• 8-10 inch ceramic, zinc, or wooden vessel

• miniatures, soil, gravel, moss, dried flowers

• 1 hour of plant care & design instruction

*Succulent arrangement will be similar in size to what is pictured. Actual succulents used in the arranging workshop might vary depending on availability.

Limited space available! Please note: seating is limited and all participants must have a ticket in order to participate in the workshop.

Join us! Enjoy a cold glass of craft beer with your loved ones and create a succulent terrarium that will be perfect for your workspace or home. This event will allow you to BRING your own container or CHOOSE your favorite container for the event. You will have an option to choose from a gold, bronze, or silver ceramic square vessel (8 inches) If you choose to BRING your own container, your choices are endless.

About the Venue: Smog City West is located in the friendly neighborhood city of Torrance on Hawthorne Blvd. Smog City brews well-crafted beers, and personally distribute to restaurants and bars throughout Los Angeles County. They work to create a presence in the craft brewing community and brewed and distributed over 240 barrels in their first year.

-Containers to choose from: gold, silver, or bronze ceramic square vessel

-Locally grown and certified assorted succulents (5 plant project- 2 in planters)
